Dr. Bross’ Supplement Basics

I get asked all the time “what supplements should I take?”  The answer usually is “it depends”.  It depends on what goals you have, where your health is currently, are you battling any chronic conditions, etc, etc.  There are, however, some basic supplements that everyone should take.

(Note:  Not all supplement companies are equal.  As a matter of fact, most are a waste of money.  You need to buy from a reputable company, one that uses the strictest standards, the best ingredients, and is backed by science.  Feel free to email me if you need help finding the right company.)

Here is my list…

  1.  A multivitamin/multimineral complex
  2.  Probiotic
  3. Omega 3 Fish Oil
  4. Greens Supplement
  5. Vitamin D

There are many others that I take, and many people could benefit from.  These include Tumeric, Magnesium, Boswelia, Ginger, and Green Tea extract.

These can improve your health significantly, and reduce or remove the need to take medicine (always talk to your doctor before doing this).  These supplements, in addition to a healthy diet, can take you from “disease-free” to “optimal”, and who doesn’t want to be optimal?
