Low Back/Lower Extremity Rehab
The goal of your rehabilitation at Elite Chiropractic and Sport is to get rid of your pain AND ensure that you have the ability to perform all your activities of daily living pain free.
In order to do that, we will evaluate your functional movements, and develop a plan to move you towards a stronger, more flexible and functional you.
At the start of your treatment plan, we will work on developing core stability, basic strength, and flexibility training. As your treatment plan continues, we will move you to more challenging exercises, with our ultimate goal of “perfect form” functional movements of squats, deadlifts, and lunges.
By the end of your treatment you should be able to perform a squat, deadlift and lunge without any difficulty. When we get you to this point, you will be more protected against future injury, and (believe it or not) the deleterious effects of aging.
Neck/Upper Extremity Rehab
The goal of your rehabilitation at Elite Chiropractic and Sport is to get rid of your pain AND ensure that you have the ability to perform all your activities of daily living pain free.
In order to do that, we will evaluate your functional movements, and develop a plan to move you towards a stronger, more flexible and functional you.
At the start of your treatment plan, we will work on developing proper posture, core stability, basic strength, and flexibility training.
As your treatment plan continues, we will move you to more challenging exercises, with our ultimate goal of “perfect form” posture, as well as functional movements to support your posture and shoulder stability.
These include Medicine Ball Pickup, Overhead Press, and Bent Over Rows. By the end of your treatment, you should be able to demonstrate “perfect” posture and be able perform tasks with proper mechanics of neck and shoulder function without any difficulty.
When we get you to this point, you will be more protected against future injury, and (believe it or not) the deleterious effects of aging.
